Rates & Billing

Clean Power, Local Choice.

Valley Clean Energy has consistently provided cleaner energy than PG&E since our inception in 2018.

But supplying Yolo County with clean energy isn’t our only goal. We give our customers a choice in the electricity they use to power their lives, with the option to go 100% renewable and carbon-free.

Customers who qualify for low-income or medically vulnerable status receive additional state discounts.

As a not-for-profit local agency, we also reinvest back into the community — keeping energy dollars local and our neighborhoods cleaner.

Understand Your Bill

With VCE, you still get a single bill from PG&E. There’s no double-billing, and no hassles.

Residential

VCE gives us a choice in the electricity you use to power your homes, hobbies, toys, and your lives.

Commercial

VCE works hard to partner with our local businesses to offer affordable and clean energy for our communities.

Agricultural

It takes a lot of electricity to support an agricultural business, and it takes a lot of agriculture to support Yolo County.
