Electric Advisor is a free service for VCE residential customers that connects you with a trained energy expert. They can help you understand your home energy needs, sort through your options, make sense of rebates and tax credits, and put together a step-by-step roadmap for your home.

Your roadmap can help you:

• Take a look at what you have now. Review your current equipment, electrical panel and needs, and goals.
• See what your options are. Learn about heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, induction cooking, EV charging, solar, batteries, panels, and wiring.
• Figure out what comes first. Some projects can happen anytime. Others may make more sense in a certain order.
• Get a handle on costs. Review estimated project costs, rebates, tax credits, and other incentives that may help bring the price down.
• Find the right resources. Get buyer’s guides, calculators, contractor guidance, and other tools to help you move forward.
• Make sure your rate still fits. Your Advisor can also help you understand VCE rate plans and programs that may make sense as your home changes.
