Capay Valley’s favorite festival returns for the 110th year with food, music, family activities, a car show, and more! Every city in the valley will be holding events this weekend – if you visit all of them, make sure to get your festival passport stamped.

Downtown Davis Holiday Candlelight Parade & Tree Lighting

Parade starts at corner of 6th & G Streets and concludes at the E Street Plaza in Davis, CA
VCE is a proud sponsor of the Downtown Davis Holiday Candlelight Parade & Tree Lighting! Bring your family downtown on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024. The Candlelight Parade starts at the Davis Co-op at 6 p.m. and makes its way to the E Street Plaza. There, you’ll be part of a tree-lighting ceremony at 6:30 p.m. The Varsity Theatre will also screen the short film “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” at 6 p.m., 6:40 p.m., and 7:20 p.m, and admission is free! We’re looking forward to celebrating the season with all of you!
Winters Tractor Parade & Festival

VCE is excited to sponsor the Winters Tractor Parade & Festival! This two-day event features the annual tree lighting at 6:00pm on Friday, December 6th. On Saturday, December 7th, activities for all ages will begin at 1:00pm. Then, you can take in the sights and sounds of the lighted tractor parade at 6:00pm. This event is free to attend and we hope you’ll join us for a festive celebration of the season!

From 4:00pm to 7:00pm, we’ll be gathering along Main Street in downtown Woodland to see neighbors, friends, and perhaps a few surprise guests from the North Pole drive by.
