VCE is excited to sponsor the Winters Tractor Parade & Festival! This two-day event features the annual tree lighting at 6:00pm on Friday, December 6th. On Saturday, December 7th, activities for all ages will begin at 1:00pm. Then, you can take in the sights and sounds of the lighted tractor parade at 6:00pm. This event is free to attend and we hope you’ll join us for a festive celebration of the season!
